Individuals concerned with research, management or have a general interest in the Albany Subtropical Thicket are encouraged to participate in the Thicket Forum.

Similar to other South Africa forums (such as the Arid Zone Ecology Forum or the Fynbos Forum) the Thicket Forum consists of an informal network of people from state, provincial, educational and research institutions, as well as farmers and individuals from the private sector.

By becoming a member of the Thicket Forum you have the opportunity to:
  • Share expertise and knowledge
  • Contribute to research, management and policy direction
  • Establish contact, share common problems and develop solutions with the forum community
  • Keep abreast of research and education developments, both nationally and internationally
The forum requires no membership fee.
