Important points

PARK FEES

- You will not have to pay park fees to attend the conference in the Main Camp, but you will need to pay the entry and conservation fees if you wish to enter the park (excluding forum field trips).

ACCOMMODATION IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE.

- You will need to sort out accommodation yourself.

MEALS

The conference fee includes lunch on the three days, and supper on the Tuesday and Wednesday. Day attendance fees include lunch and supper (if applicable).

Important dates

Abstracts are due 11 May.

Early Bird registration ends on 27 April. For applying early, you will get a nifty Thicket Forum T-shirt (for free). After which the reduced registration price will no longer apply.

Final registration is due 25 May.

Conference payment is due 1 June.

Last date for cancellation of attendance and full reimbursement: 1 June.

Cancellation policy: any cancellations prior to the 1 June will be refunded in full. Any cancellations after this date will be charged in full.
